Announcing our 2019 Champions of the Year

My Friend’s Place is excited to announce it will honor GRAMMY nominated singer/songwriter  Halsey, actress, dancer, and model  Maddie Ziegler, actress, dancer, and singer  Mackenzie Ziegler, fashion brand  ModCloth, and others at its annual Gala event, “ Ending Youth Homelessness: A Benefit For My Friend’s Place,” on April 6, 2019 at the Hollywood Palladium, it was announced today by the organization’s  Executive Director Heather Carmichael, along with event co-chairs  Gregory Butler, CEO & Co-Founder of ReCain and ShadowScience /Co-Creator-Executive Producer of a new A&E investigative series for Fall 2019; and Anticipate Productions Founder  Chase Simonds.

For one special night, more than 500 business and philanthropic leaders, community members and advocates for homeless youth will come together to celebrate  My Friend’s Place and the champions of our community who make transformative opportunities possible for young people experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. An evening of festivities that includes world-class entertainment, dining and auctions,  Ending Youth Homelessness: A Benefit For My Friend’s Place celebrates the partners who have tirelessly worked to help  My Friend’s Place become the organization that it is today.
